Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Our Vendors take back goods sold on any of the following conditions:



  •  The product received by you is different from what you have ordered.

  •  The product as received by you is damaged during transit and is not working properly.

  •  The product as received by you has a severe manufacturing defect which cannot be rectified.


However, you shall make sure that the product has not been used by you and that the claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.


Upon approval by Blue prism Networks, you have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item(s) purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued as credit to your Wallet. You have the choice of using the fund for a different purchase (or) withdraw the funds from your Wallet.


Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Blue prism Networks reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking / restoration fee not less than 15% in addition to the shipping costs.


How to return or exchange an item:



  • In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • To request an RMA number pls request in the communication area of your order.

  • To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at +91 80 41733444 or send email to info@cygrus.com.

  • Please note that RMA number request shall not be accepted beyond 3 days of receipt of shipment.

  • We advise that the package be opened by customer before signing-off the receipt slip to verify for any physical damage of the product.

  • Once RMA number issued by Cygrus Admin, place the original package into a shipping carton.

  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.

  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

  • Send pre-authorized returns to the address as advised by our Team which is usually the seller/manufacturer address.


Procedure :



  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition as received by customer, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

  • Items with timers must show less than 60 minutes of use.

  • Blue prism networks are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.

  • Blue prism networks are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

  • If accepted, Seller shall send replacement of the damaged goods within 10 Business days (or) process refund. In case of rare products, extended delivery time shall be agreed between the Buyer and Seller.

  • Cost of product return shipping from buyer to seller shall be borne by buyer and from seller to buyer shall be borne by Seller respectively.


 No Return/Exchange On:



  •  Any equipment or item once the manufacturer's packaging has been opened and put to use.

  • All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, chemicals, lubricants, grease, etc.) once unwrapped or opened.

  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged / wetted.

  • Any parts that have been put to use.

  • Any technical tapes, CDs and books once unwrapped.

  • Any items soaked in oil, grease, etc.

  • Any safety clothing that has been removed from its cover and is used.


Order Cancellation


Cancellation of Orders are accepted until the goods are shipped to you. Cancellation of orders are not accepted once goods are shipped from Vendor. All permitted order cancellations will bear a cost of 10% Admin costs once paid. The Order cancellation refund will be processed via the system and allow up to 10 Business days for us to credit your wallet for the paid amount.


Orders can be cancelled without any admin costs if the Delivery date of the Vendor is not honored. However, cancellation of such orders shall be done prior to the shipping of the goods by Vendor.


 


Accidental Double payment


Customers who have accidentally made double payment can claim back the funds 100% from Company without any deduction. It may take 7 to 10 Business days to verify the double payment and process the refund. Customers need to email info@cygrus.com for such double payments. The amount will be credited to your Wallet.
